I’m Dominic J. Santoni, a Real Estate Advisor with more than a decade of experience working with buyers, sellers, and investors across California. My work spans both traditional and luxury segments of the market, and I’m known for pairing disciplined execution with long-range financial thinking to help clients make sound property decisions in complex environments.

In addition to advising individual clients, I serve as Director of Real Estate for Parallel Wealth Partners, a multi-region capital asset group operating across Northern California, Southern California, Arizona, the Midwest, Florida, and additional markets. In this role, I help guide real estate strategy, acquisitions, and transactions for clients and investor-focused portfolios.

My approach to real estate is grounded in the belief that property should be viewed as a strategic asset class — not simply a transaction. That means helping clients evaluate opportunities within the broader context of financial goals, risk management, and long-term wealth planning.

Throughout my career, I have worked with luxury buyers and sellers, investors, first-time homebuyers, and clients navigating complex life events such as probate, divorce, relocation, and multi-property asset sales. My focus is always the same: bringing structure, clarity, and steady leadership to every transaction from valuation through closing.

Whether someone is purchasing a home, selling a property, or exploring investment opportunities, my goal remains simple — to provide guidance that helps clients make confident, well-informed real estate decisions.
